Important Rental Requirements
Please review the following requirements before submitting your rental application.
By submitting a rental application, you agree to these requirements and the terms of our rental agreement. Please contact us if you have any questions about our requirements or policies.
6 Month Term
For our best pricing rental agreements require a minimum commitment of 6 months. After the initial 6 months, your agreement will convert to a month-to-month arrangement. We do allow for shorter than 6 month terms, but adjust pricing for that. For less than six months single machines are $50/month, sets are $75/month, and stackable units are $112.50/month.
Payment Method
All payments must be made via debit or credit card. We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
First Payment
Your first payment is due on the day of installation. Our technician will confirm successful installation before processing your initial payment.

What areas of Utah do you service?
We currently service Salt Lake County, Utah County, Davis County, Weber County, Tooele County. Contact us to check availability in your specific location.
Is delivery and install free?
Delivery and install is free for the VAST majority of rentals. As long as there is direct straight line access to where the machines will go delivery is free. If there are stairs and landings either inside or outside of the home that cannot be navigated with the machines strapped to our dolly then there is a $50 charge to bring someone with us to assist with navigating those areas for when we drop off the machines and when we pick them up. If someone is available to help then the $50 will be waived. Stackable washer dryer units require a $50 fee unless someone is there to assist with delivery and lifting of the unit(s) into their designated space.
What’s included in the maintenance coverage?
Our maintenance coverage includes repairs for normal wear and tear, replacement of parts, and labor costs. If your appliance cannot be repaired, we’ll replace it free of charge. We do not cover damage due to misuse or abuse.
How long are the rental agreements?
Our best pricing requires a 6-month minimum contract. After the minimum period, all plans convert to month-to-month agreements with no penalties for returning. We can do shorter or month-to-month agreements with adjusted pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are automatically processed monthly.

How Much Does It Cost?
For our best pricing it requires a six month minimum and we charge $45 for a washer or dryer only, $69 per month for washer and dryer, or $90 for a stackable washer and dryer with free delivery, installation and maintenance for the duration of the contract. For less than six months single machines are $50/month, sets are $75/month, and stackable units are $112.50/month.
Do I Have To Pay A Down Payment?
No! The first month’s rent IS your down payment. Simply fill out the form, we will send over a contract and deliver your appliances.
Do I Get To Pick My Appliance?
No. Our appliances are on a rotating basis, therefore we cannot guarantee what brand you will get. What we will guarantee is that the set you get will work great. If they break for any reason, we will fix or replace within 3 business days.
Is There A Contract?
Yes, during delivery you will fill out a contract that states you will rent for at least 6 months and are responsible for physical damage to the equipment.
Do you offer Rent-To-Own?
Yes, we do! Your monthly rent is the same, but the whole amount still goes towards the purchase of the machines. Inquire to learn more on pricing for Rent-To-Own.
